The Institution has been establised by Iqtidar Bano Educational memorial society, Lucknow registered under societyes registration Act( Act No. 21,1860). The institution in the name of Iqutidar Bano Public Inter College was establised in year 2010.
The college is recognised from nursery to 5th class by Basic Shiksha Adhikari Lucknow. It was further recognised from class 6 to Higher Secondary by Uttar Pradesh Madhyamic Shiksha Parishad, Allahabad (Now Prayagraj).
The institution was also declared minority status by NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR MINORITY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS, GOVT. OF INDIA
